For beginners should do yoga with the help of a yogi or yoga mentor, to know the type of movement that is suitable for themselves and appropriate lifestyle Yoga.
Diet in Yoga was recommended to the vegetarian diet, but for a beginner can start multiplying servings of vegetables and fruits in the portion of the amount of daily meals, according jagakesehatan.
