Iphone 4s Is Much Better And More Impressive
Apple is always on the forefront of technolgy and design, but its newest iPhone is far from a leading design. The previous body of the iPhone 4 was not changed with the new release of the 4S. Many folks were hoping for a brand new device anticipated to be called the iPhone 5, but were disappointed in the launch of the 4S instead.
The new iPhone 4s though has many changes that cannot be seen from the outside on the grounds that the internal changes make the device a much more powerful smart phone. Apple is also trying to capture more of the lowe end user market making the iPhone 3GS a free product when consumers sign a two year agreement.
October 14th the new sales of the iPhone 4S will go on sale with preorders the week before.
The iPhone camera is a big upgrade from the previous one where one can capture a higher resolution, 1080p video quality and faster shutter speed. With the dual core processor and dual core GPU, videos and html pages load much faster. Sprint customers are finally receiving the iPhone after much speculation over the previous few months. That leaves Tmobile as the largest mobile service without the Apple device.
Apple made a strategic purchase of Siri almost 2 years ago to integrate its voice command and recognition technology. This is now one of the new features of the iPhone 4S. IPhone owners can user voice commands to tell the iPhone to look for a nearby restaurant or find out what time a flight is coming in from San Francisco. The phone will ask what your request is.
The details of the iPhone 4S phone being noted are:
- The onboard CPU is now a dual core A5 which is reported to be twice as fast.
- The GPU is also a dual core preocessor that is up to seven times as fast
- Battery time and use appears to have remained the same. Unsure if there is a new cell or if its the same cell battery as before.
- The phone touts 4G speed yet the bottleneck is with the phone carriers and not the handset. For example, AT&T basically has five cities with 4G LTE enabled.
- With the introduction into GSM and CDMA technologies, the handset can now be considered a world phone with multiple carriers in many countries all over the world though there still is no unlocked version.
- Not so much just a phone yet almost a professional camera. 8 mega pixel capability with stabilzation. Filters include noise reduction and white balance. 1080p HD quality video is enabled.
- Need to know the time or temperature? Ask the iPhone 4s. Voice recognition is more important in this new iPhone getting rid of the previous software that never worked and replaced it with Siri, a company that Apple purchased.
- The phone is available in mint greeen and purple. Just kidding. Just your standard black and white.
- The iphone aint cheap, with a 2 year contract you can have a phone for $199 or for the 64GB version you can expect to fork out $399.
