(Entering their car park will mean entering a contract) Thus, they have to prove you were driving at that time and even if they can do that, all they would be entitled to is 2 pounds for an hours extra parking.

To conclude one should not pay attention to any private parking company issuing illegal tickets. Ignore them or simply do not pay even if they send you 3 or 4 time threatening letters.
