Here are the ways to do Camel pose:
1. Stand on your knees with a distance knees and feet 6 inches.
2. Place hands on hips with your thumbs and point out fingers downward.
3. Relax head and looked into the rear floor.
4. Inhale and lift your chest up, exhale and push your hips forward, and then back again.
5. Place your hands on the heels of one by one, thumb out and fingers into (without dropping hips).
6. Chief continues to relax and breathe through your nose. Inhale, breath out through your nose and push your hips forward. Eyes remain open and continue to breathe.
